El Farol has been one of the best and oldest Mexican Restaurants in Utah. El Farol is located about 4-5 blocks east of the 7200 South exit of I-15. It is within walking distance of the light Rail - Trax. El Farol offers a simple Menu of Tacos, Enchiladas, Chimichangas, Chile Rellenos, etc. But most famous is the Warm salsa with chips. It's the best in the Valley.
